Quick review for busy people

A fantastic stay with attentive staff who catered to our every need, even during busy times. The location is perfect for exploring cultural sites like the Prado and Retiro Park. The room was spacious, with modern amenities. Breakfast was delightful but could use more variety. Definitely a place to revisit for its charm.

the nh collection is a wonderful place to stay! the location is perfect, just a 3-minute walk to gran via and close to lots of great restaurants. the staff, especially khalid, javier, and marco, were so friendly and helpful. our superior double room was very clean and cozy, and there was nice turn down service with a little candy on the pillow. a definite highlight was the fabulous breakfast!

Unexpected joys from rooftop views

The rooftop bar offered stunning sunset views that took our breath away. The staff treated us like family and made our stay delightful despite a few hiccups.

Unfortunately, our first night was marred by loud street noise from the first-floor room. Also, the lighting in the room made it challenging for makeup preparations.

the lighting was a bit dim (made getting ready tough). the bathroom setup was great (separate toilet! ), and the location was perfect for walking to museums (easy access! ). enjoyed the comfy atmosphere too.

The stay was nice with excellent service and excellent breakfast options. The staff provided helpful suggestions for dining. The room was stylish and spacious. Location is central and convenient for sightseeing. I highly recommend this place for an enjoyable experience! 😊

On my stay at this hotel, i was pleasantly surprised by how it exceeded my past experiences in madrid. The room was spacious, flooded with natural light, and very comfortable. The breakfast spread offered a variety of delicious options that really set the tone for my day.

Fabulous experience at NH Collection!

I loved the amazing location, so close to El Prado and the beautiful Retiro Park! The staff was super friendly 😄. Just wish the rooftop wasn't closed for private events sometimes.

We had a spacious and stylish room with a great street view, and it was surprisingly quiet despite the location. The bed was super comfy, with nice bedding and cozy amenities like a Nespresso machine. They even stocked the mini bar well! Everything felt modern and well taken care of, which was a nice touch for our stay.

Ooh la la! You can't swing a churro without bumping into some fabulous dining options in Madrid. Yakitoro had me dreaming of skewered delights, while Azotea del Circulo was a rooftop heaven! The staff at NH Collection were super helpful with recommendations too. Plus, the bar area had a vibe that kept the good times rolling!

The room noise was a bit of a party pooper, especially with disco vibes from the roof terrace echoing in.

Check-in delays caused some frustration initially. Additionally, we encountered noise disturbances from the rooftop bar which occasionally interfered with our relaxation.

I appreciated the hotel's stylish Art Deco design combined with modern comfort. The spacious and bright common areas were easy to navigate, making it comfortable for seniors like me. The welcoming atmosphere truly made us feel at home.
